Thank you for sharing this design. Can we also load balance SMTP with GSLB?
I have never done it before but
theoretically it should work. It’s nothing more than DNS which is sending the SMTP traffic to the datacenter which is matching the proximity.

nice website. I have a question about Citrix ADC and Cisco ACI. On the Citrix ADC I have 3 load balancing processes with different backend servers. If the backend servers want to communicate with each other, they should go through the firewall with aci and not directly through the ADC. But that doesn’t work. They communicate directly with each other. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Hi Marco. Sounds like a routing issue? Check your direct connections and static routes on the ADC
